Register for a Dollarfix account.

Follow Dollarfix's official social media accounts. Invite friends to register and complete related tasks. Non-consumption-based actions:

Participate in surveys.

Post content in the app, including comments, sharing posts, etc.

Log in to the app and browse content.

Participate in events or lucky draws for Dcoins.

Shopping rewards:

When you shop in the Dollarfix app's store, if you spend more than $20 on a single item, you can earn Dcoins. The number of Dcoins awarded is typically 1:1 of the amount you pay. Passive rewards:

Like rewards:

When your Dcoins exceed 20, you can use "Dcoin likes" to reward content

creators you like. In other words, you can not only like creators' content but also help them earn more Dcoins through your likes.

Shared Dcoin pool:

To encourage community development, Dollarfix has set up a shared Dcoin pool. When creators post content and receive Dcoins for likes, a percentage of those Dcoins goes into the shared pool, where both creators and community members can benefit. For example, if a creator posts content that belongs to a community, the creator gets 70% of the Dcoins, the community creator gets 10%， 10% goes into the community shared pool, and the remaining 10% goes into the general shared pool. For posts with no community affiliation, the creator receives 70%， and 30% goes into the shared pool.

Specific rules for the shared Dcoin pool:

The shared Dcoin pool is calculated monthly, with Dcoins being redistributed based on the remaining balance and the number of active creators.

Creators can earn at least 100 Dcoins from the pool each month, with outstanding creators earning a minimum of 1,000 Dcoins.

Dcoins from the shared pool can only be used in specific activities, like participating în certain raffles or promotional events.

For instance, if a raffle requires 40 Dcoins, and you have enough shared Dcoins, you can use those Dcoins to offset part of the requirement, with a maximum of 50% of the Dcoins needed.

Customer: Do Dcoins have an expiration date?

Dollarfix: Yes, Dcoins do have an expiration date. Here's the breakdown: Regular Dcoins:

Dcoins earned through registration, completing profile information, surveys, shopping. etc., are valid for 1 to 2 years. This means that the longest validity is 2 years from the point you earn them, and the shortest is 1 year. If the Dcoins are not used by the expiration date, they will automatically expire. For example, Dcoins earned in 2024 will expire by December 31, 2025.

Dcoins from specific marketing activities:

Dcoins from certain promotional activities may have a shorter validity period, typically 1 to 6 months. The exact validity period will be clearly stated in the activity rules.

Dcoin refund rules:

If you've used Dcoins to pay for items and then return them, we will refund the corresponding Dcoins as long as they are still within their validity period. The refunded Dcoins will have a 90-day validity. If the Dcoins have expired, they will not be refunded.

Customer: What if I use Dcoins to buy an item, but then return it?

Dollarfix: The return process is simple. If you used Dcoins to pay for an item and then return it, we will refund the corresponding Dcoins as long as they are within their validity period. The refunded Dcoins will have a 90-day validity. If the Dcoins have expired, they will not be refunded.

 Customer: What if I accidentally break the rules? Will Dcoins be deducted? 

Dollarfix: If you violate Dollarfix's rules, such as receiving Dcoins for a review after a return or engaging in Dcoin manipulation, Dollarfix reserves the right to deduct the corresponding Dcoins. Also, if you've received Dcoins from an order review and then returned the item, those Dcoins will be deducted.

Customer: Got it! What if my Dcoins accidentally expire?

Dollarfix: If your Dcoins expire, the system will automatically clear any unused Dcoins. For example, Dcoins earned in 2024 will expire if not used by December 31, 2025.
